Gregg Aamoth is the Founding Partner of Consumer Centric Strategy, Inc. a team of strategic consultants dedicated to helping companies understand the consumer, know their customer, and leverage the associated “Big Data” to make better business decisions.
Gregg has over 20 years of executive level experience in helping retail and financial services maximize the ROI from their people, processes, technologies, and data. Prior to starting CCS, Gregg envisioned and dedicated nearly 10 years in the creation and continuous enhancement of the Systems, Processes, and Data that enabled Macy’s award winning customer centric and omnichannel marketing capabilities.
Throughout his career, Gregg has shown a passion for helping large retail and financial services companies (Macy’s, Bloomingdales, Borders, Domino’s Pizza, Toyota, Johnson Controls, Fiserve, etc) maximize the ROI from their people, processes, technology, and data. He has vision for what’s possible and more importantly, real-world experience on how to get there!
His goal is to empower business executives and their organizations with seamlessly integrated, enterprise wide, “Big Data” driven solutions that cost effectively meet strategic business objectives. He has served multiple years on the Acxiom and IBM / Unica's Customer Advisory Boards.
He educates, learns from, and motivates diverse teams to successfully deliver complex, multi-phased programs - including most recently an industry leading multi-national & multi-brand Customer Data Ecosystem, an Omnichannel Campaign Management environment, and an award winning Voice of the Customer solution.
He has the unique ability to work closely with (and frequently translate between) Executive, Marketing, Financial, Legal, and Technology teams and Vendor partners. He knows how to identify needs, secure funding, and negotiate agreements. He is adapt at managing multi-phase plans and multi-million dollar budgets to ensure on-time delivery of high-value, secure, and privacy compliant solutions that exceed expectations!
