Francois Montrelay is Managing Partner of P2P Consultants, a boutique Strategy Consulting firm in Paris and Bangalore.
He helps international clients on developing client-focused strategies and organizations in various contexts: Strategic development, turnarounds, mergers or acquisitions, post merger integration. This also includes transforming the culture of an organization, from focus on products, systems or processes to focus on client and services.
Francois has hands-on management experience in large, international services companies and SMEs. He was as Senior Vice-President Marketing at ABN AMRO Working Capital where he implemented a customer-centric organization and management programs in over 40 countries. He was also the head of strategic marketing at ACCOR SA, the European Leader in Hotels and Corporate Services.
As part of his activity, Francois Montrelay advises European and Indian firms in managing their growth, including entry strategies and execution, strategic partnerships and M&As. Having lived and worked in India for several years, he understands the culture and knows how to handle negotiations and business dealings marrying the Indian and the Western Cultures.
Francois Montrelay teaches Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Ecole Speciale des Travaux Publics de Paris. He was also a member of the Advisory Council of Bnet.com, 'the go-place for management'.
Francois Montrelay received his Masters in Agricultural Economics from Ecole Nationale Supérieure Agronomique in 1981. He also holds a degree in Finance from HEC, Paris. He has lived and worked in Europe, Asia and the United-States.
