In haar zoektocht naar bijzondere reisconcepten en trends reist ze zowel offline als online de hele wereld rond. Ze is sinds 2011 eigenaar van toeristisch PR- en Trendbureau Cherry Picker dat zich inzet voor toonaangevende reisorganisaties en verkeersbureaus. Tessa volgt erkende trendwatchers op de voet en brengt deze wetenschap samen met reistrends in het toerisme bij elkaar in een inspirerende trendpresentatie waar fotografie een belangrijke rol inneemt. I had the chance to work with Cécile during a future of work workshop where she delivered the keynote. What struck me from the beginning was her ability to pierce through this complex topic that spans organizational psychology, technological disruption and changes in society and upcoming generations of workers, and connect the gist of these trends in an easy to follow and highly informative talk.
