Bill is so incredibly insightful! His ability to command the stage and deliver actionable tips to really help people become better leaders who are emotionally intelligent is second to none in my experience. I never knew the brain science component to this and realized I could be better asking questions when giving feedback. Better said, I need to coach more through questions!
