Alongside his professional life in the field of communication, media, and television for over 20 years, Alain Lancelot has always been interested in working on consciousness and the unconscious, as well as on the ability of individuals to hold themselves back in life or to give themselves the opportunity to succeed. This interest led him to discover sophrology. It has allowed him to better manage his fears and shyness in order to fully embrace his profession as a television presenter/journalist and in event hosting. Since this discovery, Alain Lancelot has been offering sophrology sessions focused on stress management, relaxation, and self-confidence for companies and individuals.
Trained at the Institute of Training in Sophrology in Paris, at the Academy of Psychotherapy and Sophrology in Paris, and holding the professional certificate of sophrologist registered in the RNCP, Alain Lancelot is currently collaborating with the show “The Voice” on TF1 for managing the stress, nerves, and emotions of the talents.
He also teaches courses and gives lectures at the Léonard De Vinci University and at the Institute of Internet and Multimedia, specializing in public speaking for students.
Alain Lancelot remains present in the media, notably presenting the Weather Channel since 2007 on Canal Satellite and Numericable. His collaboration with major companies and government institutions such as L’Oréal, Banque Palatine, Peugeot, Danone, and the Regional Council of Île-de-France makes him an experienced event host.
His expertise in these areas allows him to have an original and comprehensive approach to these issues in both the artistic and media world as well as in the corporate sector.
