About Eric Hubler

Eric Hubler is a Leadership by Balance® specialist and the creator of the AIkido Management® training concept. After starting his career in the United States, traveling through South America, and gaining experience in export management in Europe, he joined the family business Hubler sa at the end of 1993, a highly stimulating challenge in which Eric Hubler would fully invest himself. By 2004, the family business was among the most successful SMEs in France (Le Figaro ranking – ‘The Keys to Performance’), with exceptional results. Eric drew valuable lessons on the methods of excellence in business and people management: corporate culture, management, organization, development, communication. In 2005, he embarked on an original adventure by supporting organizations, leaders, and their teams in enhancing their performance by revealing the best of human potential. Drawing from his dual experience as a leader and a martial arts practitioner since the age of 8 (a former judo competitor and president of an AIkido club, a member of the Codir of the Alsace FFAAA League), he launched an innovative concept called AIkido Management®. This unique leadership training method has met with great success among the organizations he supports (over 250 to date, from small businesses to large groups). Inspired by the teachings of AIkido, Eric offers the public an optimistic and demanding perspective on the profound messages of leadership and provides levers for individual and collective progress around the 4 Es of excellence: Balance, Efficiency, Empathy, Ethics.
