Daniel Lubetzky’s commitment to building bridges runs deep. His early work focused on bridging divides in the Middle East through economic cooperation laid the foundations for a lifelong pursuit: helping people think flexibly, solve creatively and unite around shared humanity. That same philosophy guided him to establish KIND Snacks in 2004 from a small basement office, transforming it into a multibillion-dollar brand and a pioneer in health transparency and socially conscious business.

Through Camino Partners, Daniel now invests in and supports leaders building enduring businesses that enrich consumers’ lives. He is also the founder of Builders, a movement helping people move beyond ‘us vs. them’ mindsets. Builders equips citizens to uncover hidden common ground and build on it – with solutions that advance the will of the people.

A proud political independent, Daniel brings a values-first approach to entrepreneurship and civic life alike. Af ter five seasons as a guest on Shark Tank, Daniel joined the cast full-time in 2024. He is also the New York Times-bestselling author of Do the KIND Thing.

Daniel’s achievements have earned him numerous honours, including The King Center’s Beloved Community Award, the Ellis Island Medal of Honor, and the Muhammad Ali Humanitarian Award. Born in Mexico and a proud U.S. citizen, Daniel holds a BA in Economics and International Relations from Trinity University and a JD from Stanford Law School.
