Double World Champion and bronze medalist at the Barcelona Olympics, at the helm of the French handball team (also known as the ‘Barjots’), Daniel Costantini brought France its first world title in a team sport. A talented manager, he achieved the feat of bringing together players who were all very different from one another, fostering a team spirit and motivation that propelled them to the top of the world. For the second world title, the team was composed of players (the ‘Costauds’) whose strength lay in their team spirit and complementarity. Today, he is the National Technical Director at the French Handball Federation, and also a management consultant, highly appreciated and recognized by companies for his clear and concise speeches, as well as his ability to unify all opinions. His specialties include: The fundamentals of collective performance approached through intrinsic and ongoing motivation and the rules of ‘How to win together’? Managerial empathy in the service of utilizing ‘collective memory’… His presentation technique is based on rhetoric, without support but with many anecdotes illustrating his managerial experience.
