Natalie Fée is an award-winning environmental campaigner, author, songwriter, nature poet and keynote speaker who bridges the worlds of environmental action, nature connection and workplace transformation.
After a decade founding and leading City to Sea – one of the UK’s leading organisations combating plastic pollution globally – Natalie Fee stepped back to explore a question that had been quietly building: what happens when we going beyond talking about nature, and commit to rebuilding a relationship with it? The answer came through a year-long practice of sitting under the same oak tree, every single day. That practice became the foundation for her new work helping organisations understand how nature connection isn’t just good for the planet – it’s essential for productivity, creativity, retention and meeting ESG commitments.
Natalie brings over fifteen years’ experience as a campaigner, TED speaker, published author, media expert and nature consultant. She’s won the Sunday Times’ Volvo Visionaries Award (2019), been named one of the UK’s ’50 New Radicals’ by The Observer/Nesta (2018), and received an Honorary Doctorate of Science from the University of the West of England for her environmental work. She won the Sheila McKechnie Award for Environmental Justice in 2017 and was Bristol 24/7’s Woman of the Year in 2018.
Her keynote talks include green living topics such as ‘How to Save the World for Free’ (engaging teams with sustainability goals) – which can be focused on particular themes such as biodiversity, green living or plastic pollution, and ‘Under the Oak: how nature nourishes hearts, minds and organisations’ which shows how reconnecting with nature unlocks productivity, wellbeing and creativity in ways most organisations are missing.
Combining rigorous science with lived experience, humour with heart, and practical frameworks with genuine transformation, Natalie helps teams discover what happens when we stop treating nature as separate from work – and start seeing it as foundational to it. Whether speaking to corporate teams, leadership retreats, or educational settings, she brings warmth, authenticity and actionable insights that stay with people long after they leave the room.
She’s also a nature poet and singer-songwriter, with her debut album Daughter of Nature releasing in March 2026 – weaving her depth of connection to nature into song as another way of understanding our relationship with the natural world.
In my lifetime, we’ve lost half the world’s wildlife. I’m committed to doing everything I can to make sure we protect and restore what’s left – and to help others remember why that matters.
"Simon with his ample knowledge of and experience in the field of payment systems, skillfully explained BitCoin and the differences between the different forms of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger Technology in under an hour. Touching the inner workings, history and potential of these techniques for the coming years he gave a fascinating and wide view, still, however, thoroughly focusing on the subject. The tone was light and the opportunity for discussion ample. We strongly recommend Simon!"
Natalie has spoken to our clients across Europe and beyond, and regardless of the audience she never fails to captivate and inspire. To an audience that is well used to being “talked to”, Natalie’s talk was both highly memorable and highly impactful. As I said, in a world where there are many good causes and charities, you made a lasting impression
