Allard Lindhout is an international football referee at the highest level and an education professional. As a referee in the Eredivisie, Champions League, and Europa League, he faces extreme pressure every week, where decisions must be made in fractions of a second and leadership is immediately visible to players, staff, and thousands of spectators.

He applies these same skills daily in education.

In addition to his career as a top referee, Allard works as a teacher, mentor at teacher training colleges (PABO), and supervisor of students on the autistic spectrum in primary and secondary education. He knows the classroom inside and out and understands the challenge of maintaining calm, structure, and authority in an environment where assertiveness, performance pressure, and parental involvement are increasing.

According to recent studies, 80% of teachers regularly experience inappropriate behavior, and a large proportion feel heavy workloads. That’s precisely where Allard makes a difference.

In his lectures and workshops, he translates the practicalities of elite football into concrete tools for classroom management, behavioral influence, and mental resilience.
