He has a fresh view on customer relations in an era where loyalty is not obvious anymore. Verduin has much experience with challenges organisations are faced with while changing their focus from product to client. He is a fascinating speaker, who is able to present serious issues in an entertaining way. Ruud Verduin has a background in marketing and information technology and is director of a management consultancy agency specialised in marketing and CRM. He is the author of `Customer Relationship Management’ and co-authored the marketingbook of the year 2005, 'Event Driven Marketing’. Currently he is working on a new book on realising better 'customer experiences’. Ruud Verduin organises lectures, training sessions and workshops for renowned educational institutes. He is also available as chairman.
