Dr. Lexter Woodley is by training a lawyer and journalist with a solid academic background in two bachelor’s degrees, one in Social Legal Services and one in Journalism, and a master’s degree in Law. She completed her doctoral research in Gender Studies at Birkbeck, University of London, where she focused on the dynamics of career women. She shares her insights at fairs and events and is particularly active during International Women’s Day month.
As the founder of Dutch Einsteins, an international headhunting agency, Lexter has extensive experience giving career workshops and speaking on the main stage of major career fairs, including the FRED Expo career fair at the WTC Rotterdam, the Dutch Career Days in Utrecht: the largest career fair in the fall (more than 9,500 visitors), and the Match Career Event for the World Port Days.
Lexter often takes centre stage at events that extend beyond her academic and professional background. Her diverse interests have led her to work as a presenter and host for a wide range of events, including:

•Climate Awareness Events: a three-day event for the International Panel for Deltas, Coastal Areas, and Islands at Nhow Rotterdam, and the Climate Adaptation Summit at World Forum the Hague.
•Ministerial and Inspectorate Events: Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Education, Ministry of Defence, and the Inspectorate of Justice and Security.
•Municipal and Provincial Events: Municipality of Rotterdam, Municipality of Schiedam, Municipality of The Hague, and Province of Gelderland.
•Educational Events: A five-day talk show for TU Delft, Erasmus University’s Dies Natalis, and ROC Mondriaan.
•Commercial Events: such as Philips, Prevermo, Fluor, and Simon Lévelt.

Lexter integrates her camera experience into her career workshops and training, with an emphasis on body language and self-awareness. Her life motto is bringing together people and ideas from different perspectives.
