After obtaining his PhD in physics in 1996, Frank Garten started working for Philips. his career developed from technical functions through international commercial roles to general management; later Frank made a switch to Human Resources Management. These steps characterize his broad view on business effectiveness. As Director of Learning & Development at NXP Semiconductors Frank could take all of his business experience and put it to use in an international HR environment.
