About Aldith Hunkar

Hunk-arT was founded in 2007 by Dutch media veteran Aldith Hunkar. She is most notably known for her 14 years with NOS Television, where she presented Children’s News (NOS Jeugdjournaal) before becoming a completely self-reliant TV reporter (directing, filming and editing) and a news anchor for the Dutch National News (NOS Journaal).

Aldith coined the title of “global freestyle multi-media journalist” in 2007, when she founded Hunk-arT and now combines her diverse talents and her relentless energy with her almost 25 years of experience in mainstream media.

Specialties: Aldith Hunkar remains a journalist in different disciplines (moderating, filming, photography, writing), and gives media workshops. Working with Aldith Hunkar is a guarantee for high-level output: she is punctual, accurate, involved and witty. A true professional with a sense of adventure and a broad horizon.
