Dr. h. c. Sunnie J. Groeneveld is Managing Partner of the consulting firm Inspire 925, which she co-founded and which advises companies on issues relating to organizational culture, innovation and digital transformation. She is also a board member of several mid-sized Swiss companies and Dean of studies of the Executive MBA Digital Leadership program at the Hochschule für Wirtschaft Zürich (HWZ). She is also the author of the book “Inspired at Work“, which has already been published in its second revised edition.
Previously, she was the first executive director of digitalswitzerland, Switzerland’s largest cross-industry location initiative for digital transformation. She has been ranked among the “Top 100 Women in Business” several times as one of the youngest and was recognized by Handelszeitung as one of the “Top 50 Who is Who in Digital Switzerland“.
She graduated in economics from the prestigious Yale University and received an honorary doctorate from the International University of Geneva for her services in building sustainable business models and transformation projects.
Sunnie is a frequent speaker and moderator at conferences and corporate events. In the past she has presented at TEDx, WorldWebForum, Investor Summit, Zurich Film Festival, Digital Summit and many more.
