Dr. Zhuang Yang is Dean of Beijing International MBA Program at Peking University (BiMBA); Professor of Management, National School of Development (NSD), Peking University and Associate Professor of Management, Fordham University Graduate School of Business.
Dr. Yang received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from Columbia University, New York in 1991, majoring in management. He got his M.A. in Sociology from the same institution in 1985. He was also granted an MPA degree in International and Public Affairs from The Woodrow Wilson School of Public and International Affairs of Princeton University in 1984. He got his BA degree from the English Department of Peking University, China.
Dr. Yang’s main teaching, research and consulting interests involve Fundamentals of Management, Human Resource Management, Comparative and global Management, key success factors of MNC strategies and Management in China, Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior. He has published several books and translated two books on leadership and management. He also published many articles on management on leading academic and practitioner journals in the U.S. and in China.
