Dr. Shekshnia is an Affiliate Professor of Entrepreneurship at INSEAD and a Program Director at INSEAD Global Leadership Center at Fontainebleau. His research concentrates on leadership, leadership development and effective governance at emerging markets and organizations.
Stanislav Shekshnia is a senior partner at Howell Zest Talent Equity consultancy, which has offices in Moscow, Paris, St. Petersburg, Kiev, Alma-Aty. He concentrates on leadership, leadership development, corporate governance and business in emerging economies.
Between 1991 and 2002, Stanislav Shekshnia held positions of CEO of Alfa-Telecom, President and CEO, Millicom International Cellular, Russia and CIS, Chief Operating Officer of VimpelCom, Director of Human Resources, Central and Eastern Europe of Otis Elevator.
