Professor in several Business School, Consultant for international companies and Vice President of two enterprises, Serge Oréal is an accomplished businessman and an expert in Corporate Finance, Strategy, Management and Marketing.
As a professor, he is teaching Strategic Management, full-time at ESC Rennes School of Business and as visiting professor at HEC. He is also visiting teacher in several well-known universities across the world: SASIN Graduate Institute of Business Administration (Chulalongkorn University), KELLOGG Graduate School of Management (Northwestern University – 8 sections), HEC Management, ESC Rouen, ESC Reims, CRC Supelec, Jiao Tong University (Shanghaï), Arab Academy School of Business (Cairo), University of East London and in various universities in France, Poland, Senegal and Ivory Coast.
As a professional, Serge Oréal is Vice President of MCDSO Holding Company and Ambulance Assistance, in charge of Corporate Finance and Corporate Development. Serge Oréal is also providing its expertise as a consultant. He worked, among others, for EDF, La Poste, ING Life (Thailand), FORD Motor Company (England and Germany) and JAGUAR (England). He has also been European Union Expert on two programs: PHARE and TACIS.
Serge Oréal graduated from Rouen Business School (ranked 1st out of 125 students) with special addition of a degree of the French-British Chamber of Commerce as well as a Degree of the German Chamber of Commerce. Then he obtained a Certificate in Business Education and passed the Doctoral Program at Northwestern University. He finished his academics with a PhD. in Strategic Management at Northwestern University Graduate School of Management. Serge Oréal has been working at ESC Rouen (Dean of Studies and Professor of Business Policy – 4 years), at ESC Reims (Dean of the Program and Professor of Strategic Management – 4 years), at ESC Grenoble (Dean of Studies and Director of Pedagogy, member of the trio which created the school) and at the “Institut Français de Gestion” (Dean of the ICG Program, member of the Executive Committee and professor of Strategic Management – 6 years).
