Saskia Nijs is one of the Netherlands’ most influential experts at the intersection of technology, humanity, and the future of work. Saskia Nijs has experience and knowledge in the field of technology in the workplace. She has been active in this area for many years at various prominent organizations such as Microsoft, Philips, Layar, and KLM, was a regular columnist for the FD for many years, and also conducts a great deal of research.
Saskia operates at C-level to define the future of work, implement innovative technologies such as AI and robots within organizations, and helps improve employee engagement and customer experience. She also speaks and publishes regularly on these topics. She teaches at Nyenrode Business University and is also a supervisory director at Ksyos and Abiant and a board member at Medialab Setup.
