Radmilo Soda is a personal trainer and lifestyle coach as well as author of 3 books focussing on health.
Radmilo Soda was born in 1972 in Croatia and moved to the Netherlands at the age of sixteen. While earning his money as a cook, he became more and more fascinated by the noble art of self-defence: boxing. It didn’t take long before the famous Albert Cuyp team noticed his talent. He became a Dutch amateur champion and a professional boxer, culminating in his world title fight in Prague.
After his top sport career he chose to use his passion, knowledge and experience for others, mainly as a personal trainer in his own studio. Every individual is different and that is why Radmilo searches together for a balanced lifestyle that suits the person. Especially for this purpose, he developed a methodology in which not only sports, but also dietary advice, physiotherapy and coaching play an important role.
Repetition is the mother of all skills. Because if you want to get better, you have to practice. Also to remember: where there is a will, there is a way!
Radmilo Soda is mainly known from the television programme Obese in which he has worked as a head coach on different seasons. He is also the author of three books in the field of training and healthy lifestyle (Real Radmilo in 2014, MOMS in 2016 and Seniority in 2019).
Radmilo likes to share his passion and knowledge about training, nutrition and lifestyle with you. Thanks to his years of experience as a personal trainer, he knows better than anyone how to inspire and motivate people to work towards a goal.
