About John Tintera

John Tintera, M.B.A., is a publishing professional based in New Jersey, U.S.A. Over the course of Johns 20+ year career in the book industry, his areas of expertise have evolved from sales administration to account management, new business development, and sales leadership; from budgeting to product management, event marketing, public relations, and entrepreneurship.

For the past three years, John has been engaged in an intensive conversation with leadership expert, James P. Keen, on the development of a leadership training institute called “Leadership Landscapes.” Based on Jims groundbreaking research into the ways in which long-term leaders in the public sphere are able sustain their commitment to their work while maintaining healthy, balanced lives, “Leadership Landscapes” is a set of mindfulness-based tools centered on developing habits of “presencing”, regular periods of reflection, and dynamic balance. The tools we offer can help leaders in a variety of settings, from decision making in complex circumstances, to change management and the sustainment of thriving teams. In Johns workshops, he offers these techniques in a practical and impactful manner, enabling participants to immediately put them to use.
