Jean-Christophe Bonis

A futurist, entrepreneur, TED speaker, influencer, writer, passionate about new technologies and tireless globe-trotter, Jean-Christophe is recognized among the most influential French people in the field of artificial intelligence across the planet. For nearly 20 years, he has been taking an expert look at various digital innovations. AI, biotechnologies, robotics, nanotechnologies, he studies their global uses and analyses their impact on the behaviour of citizens, organizations and consumers for decades to come.

After working 8 years as a financial analyst for investment funds, he decides to leave everything to give a meaning to his life. He travelled the 5 continents to meet the different cultures impacted by today’s digital challenges. A privileged witness to the changes of our time, he has since endeavoured to uncover the gigantic challenges that our species is just beginning to face.

An entrepreneur committed to the ecosystem of successful start-ups, he founded Oxymore and several start-ups specialized in artificial intelligence. A defender of the «Tech for Good» and known for his outspoken words, Jean-Christophe is now fully dedicated to painting a picture without complacency of our possible futures and their impact on our lives. Through his stories and reflections, he puts his experience at the service of a better understanding of the «Deep techs» that invade our daily life and drawing the outline of a 4.0 society.
