A graduate from Ecole Normale Supérieure in philosophy, Gaspard was a speechwriter for Christine Lagarde, Economy Minister, for two years, and then worked as a strategy adviser at the EBRD (European Bank for Reconstruction and Development) in London. He published numerous novels and essays (most recently The Night When France Went Bust, Grasset publisher). He appears regularly in French medias. He is a weekly columnist for L’Opinion (newspaper) and Radio Classique.
