Frederique van der Wal, one of the most recognized faces in the modeling world, has taken her phenomenal global success in fashion and beauty and translated it into a career that spans the worlds of fashion, film, television and business.
She has appeared on the cover of beauty and fashion magazines worldwide, including 'Vogue' and 'Cosmopolitan', and in prestigious campaigns including Revlon, 'Guess?' MCI and 'Victoria's Secret'. She has also appeared in feature films, working with acclaimed directors Barry Sonnenfeld ('The Wild, Wild West'), Woody Allen ('Celebrity'), James Toback ('2 Girls & A Guy') and Wim Wenders. Television programs worldwide from 'Oprah', 'Entertainment Tonight', 'Access Hollywood', 'GMA', 'TODAY', 'E', 'VH-1' and late night's 'Letterman' and 'Leno', to the business worlds 'Bloomberg Network', 'CNN' and 'Forbes Magazine' have profiled Frederique in her varied roles as model, actress and businesswoman.

Frederique has produced and hosted numerous television shows and segments varying from EXTRA to FOX along with such shows as '' World Class with FREDERIQUE' for the Scripts network, 'The Ultimate Holiday Towns USA' a two-hour special for A&E, as well as a number of television programs in her native Holland. She was 'The Mole' in the celebrity edition of ABCs popular TV series shot in Hawaii and hosted and produced Cover Shot for Discoverys TLC, in which she assembled an expert team of make-up artists and stylists to transform an everyday woman into a cover model.
Frederiques native Holland bestowed a special distinction on her by naming a new breed of Lily after her. The Frederiques Choice Lily was unveiled at a ceremony in Amsterdam. Inspired by the honor, Frederique developed, produced and hosted a television program, The Invisible Journey with Frederique, tracing the route a flower travels from the growing fields of Africa, through the markets and auction houses in the Netherlands, to a special event in New York City.
