About Erik Jan Koedijk
More than 18 years experience in IT/Telecom/Mobile industry on all levels (operational, tactical, strategic) across different organization functions (technical, marketing, sales). I have built and managed local and European sales, marketing and channel teams; mainly in the Telecom and ICT sector, in small, medium and large companies (e.g. NOKIA). I do regularly speak at conferences, have consultancy assignments and host workshops and assess sales & marketing plans.
I have had the honor to work with many great people and have been able to build a vast international network; mainly in the ICT & Telecom arena. Designing new (channel) strategies, re-organizing distribution channels and to add the social component is what inspires me. I am also passionate about people and love to manage (virtual) teams and inspire them, challenge them as well as implement new ways of customer engagement/interaction, crowdsourcing.
