Carlos Andreu is a well-known coach in Spain, his focus lies on personal development and motivation. Hundreds of CEOs have participated in his courses and conferences.

Carlos has a degree in Law from the Universidad de Zaragoza and a Master’s degree in Business Management and Administration from the IESE. After his studies, he increased his knowledge at UCLA and Georgetown Universities in the United States.

Having a passion for sharing knowledge, Carlos has and still does, teach at several universities in Spain such as: Universidad de Navarra and CEU and also in business schools like IESE-IRCO, Instituto Nacional de San Telmo (Argentina), El Centro de Ibercaja and so forth. Furthermore, he is guest teacher at other universities like for example the Universidad de los Andes in Chili and Universidad Iberoamericana in México.

At the beginning of his professional career he held high positions within commercial departments in different companies in the industrial supplies sector and also within top enterprises related to sales.

Carlos Andreu is author of various case-studies and technical notes for business schools, management magazines and newspaper articles. The latter are related to leadership, motivation and teambuilding/management. Moreover, he is also the author of the bestseller “Del ataúd a la cometa” (From the coffin to the kite) which has been published in 8 different editions. In this book, he invites us to take a look at the four vertexes that we need so that we can discover that happiness is inside ourselves, in the balance between our familiy, our job, our health and our friends. Carlos states that once we know this, we will be able to leave behind the coffin and fly ahead with the kite.
