Prof. Dr. Annet de Lange (graduated with honors in 1995; registered psychologist with the Dutch Institute of Psychologists) works as a professor of Successful Aging in the Workplace at the Open University, Faculty of Psychology, in Heerlen. Additionally, she is a guest professor at the Faculty of Social Sciences at the University of Stavanger in Norway, and at NTNU, Faculty of Psychology, in Trondheim, Norway.
Annet has extensive experience in research, writing handbooks and workbooks on themes such as sustainable employability and inclusive employership, and is also a well-known and frequently requested speaker on these topics. She has a lot of experience presenting at large conferences or contributing to online webinars/masterclasses/round table discussions, and regularly participates in podcasts.
