Anna Forés has a PhD in Philosophy and Educational Sciences and a Bachelor in Pedagogy, both from the Universitat de Barcelona. She focuses on themes related to humanization, belief in the human genre and making our lives more human: social education, resilience, e-learning and didactics.
Nowadays she is the vice-chairwoman of the PhD programmes of the Pedagogy Faculty at the Universitat de Barcelona and she is also the coordinator at the same university of the “Educació i Societat” (Education and Society) experience. She is a teacher at the Didactics ad Educative Organisation Department at the Universitat de Barcelona, where she has been the academic secretary. For the past 16 years she has taught Education and Social Work at the Universitat Ramon Llull, where she also holds a management position. Alongside the latter, Anna has also been a consultant for the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya (UOC).
Anna Forés is member of the research group GR-EMA (environment and materials for the learning), of the ICE at the Universitat de Barcelona and of the INDAGA’T – Innovation Teaching Group of Inquiry. She has also been the co- director of REIRE magazine (educative research and innovation magazine). In addition to being co- director of the magazine, Anna has also published numerous books related to education and didactics.
