About Kyungsoo Kim
Kyungsoo Kim graduated from Seoul National University, Seoul, Korea and received PhD in Economics from University of Pennsylvania, U.S.A in 1984. He has been a Professor of Economics, SKKU in Seoul, Korea since 1988. He served as Deputy Governor and Director General at Institute of Monetary and Economic Research, the Bank of Korea during 2007-2011. He also served as a Professor of Economics at Tulane University, U.S.A.
He is interested in open macroeconomics, issues in financial stability and has published many professional journals. Mr. Kim will serve as the president at the Korea Money and Finance Association starting July.
