Danièle Scialom is based in London & Paris and develops direct approach Executive Search assignments in Europe and in India in the sectors of Pharma/Healthcare, Industry and Services.

For 7 years, she leads humanitarian works in India after an initial linguistic education in Paris at La Sorbonne and 4 years of teaching Business English to professionals.

Danièle returns to France in 1985 to work as 'Motivational Speaker' in Conferences and as a Coach, an activity which she carries on in London where she makes her home in 1993. Invensys plc, then a FTSE40 Engineering and Electronics Group, offers her the position of International Sales & Business Development Director over 60 emerging markets in Africa and the Mediterranean.

In Paris since 2001, she coaches groups of senior executives back to work within Tebopro — Activateur de Carrières and at Kenna International which she launches for International Business & Career Development. Danièle is called upon by Accetis International in 2006 where she has been leading recruitment and professional mobility assignments as well as developing the firms presence in the UK and in India.

Danièle Scialom is bilingual English/French and a Professional Speaker for Major Groups, the Media and International Business Schools. Based on her 16 years of international experience, she leads sessions on topics including: 'International Business & Career Development through Networking', 'Recruiting & Managing in India' and 'Intercultural Talent Selection, Recruitment and Retention'.
