For over 20 years, Konstanze Frölich has been working as a PR professional and expert in communication and corporate culture for large companies, organizations, and educational institutions. She worked as a project manager and moderator for the Kempfenhausen Conversations at HypoVereinsbank, conceptualizing and managing the dialogue with the public for political parties, welfare associations, and universities. Additionally, she continues to be active in art education: as a cultural manager, coach for artists and musicians, and as a seminar leader and speaker.
In addition to topics of art and communication, Konstanze Frölich has been dealing with issues of business ethics for over 10 years. She has been a member of the German Network for Business Ethics (DNWE) for over 10 years, led the working group “Personnel and Communication” in Munich for several years, and served on the board of the DNWE from 2008 to 2010. Furthermore, she worked as a managing director and PR consultant in the part-time master’s program “Master of Ethical Management” (Value-Oriented Personnel Management and Organizational Development) at KU Eichstätt.
