Professor, Scientific Advisor of the Laboratory of Agro-industrial Chemistry at the National School of Chemical Engineering and Technology (Ensiacet-INP Toulouse), a laboratory he founded in 1976 and led until 2003, Antoine Gaset is frequently sought after as an expert. He is the originator of a cutting-edge scientific and technological hub in Midi-Pyrénées specializing in the Non-food Valorization of Agricultural Productions (VANA), while constantly seeking a strong connection with the industrial sector, so that his team’s work fosters concrete innovations, potentially leading to new jobs and business creations. Author of numerous scientific publications, frequently speaking at conferences and congresses, this chemist has also, through his work, enabled the filing of 82 patents.
