Patrick Dumoulin is the General Director of the Great Place to Work® Institute France. He graduated from the University of Law in Reims and holds an MBA from Reims Management School as well as a DEA in marketing from the University of Lille. He worked in various SMEs before joining L’Oréal.
From the very beginning of his professional career, Patrick has been interested in the theme of workplace well-being. This is why, after collaborating within the Institute of Best Professional Practices (IMPP), he joined the Great Place to Work® Institute France in 2007. He has been the General Director since 2009.
Beyond his motivation to discover and reveal the companies where it is good to work in France, asserting himself that there are many more than one might believe, say, or write, Patrick collaborates closely with the other Great Place to Work® Institutes and, in this capacity, has spoken in many countries such as Chile, South Korea, and the United States.
