Nikki Trip is committed to an economy that contributes to broad prosperity: a society where financial growth goes hand in hand with sustainability, equal opportunities, and future-proof policies. With her background in psychology, law, and sustainable finance, she combines activism with consultancy work within the financial sector. She focuses on themes such as responsible investing, youth participation, and social leadership.
She studied Psychology & Law at University College Maastricht and subsequently earned her master’s degree in Global Business & Sustainability at the Rotterdam School of Management. Additionally, she completed training to become a pension fund board member at Nyenrode.
Nikki founded several social initiatives. She is the co-founder of Eenentwintighonderd, a network that promotes new leadership for broad prosperity within boardrooms. She is also the chair of JIIP, a network for young professionals working in the pension sector.
Furthermore, Nikki is the chair of the board of Stem Jong (since 2020), an independent initiative dedicated to improving youth representation and participation in Dutch politics.

She is a panelist at BNR, affiliated with the Sustainable Pension Investments Lab (SPIL), and works as a sustainability specialist at AF Advisors, where she advises pension funds and asset managers on impactful investing.
