Graduated in political science and economic intelligence, Frédéric is passionate about cyberculture, activism, empowerment, and digital inclusion.
He has been working for 15 years as a consultant, speaker, trainer, and social entrepreneur to harness the power of action and the potential for innovation enabled by the Internet for NGOs, associations, foundations, and the social and solidarity economy.
It is with this vision that Frédéric founded Limite in 2008, the first pure player agency in responsible communication, which has about ten employees and generates 3 million euros in revenue. In 2013, he co-founded the accredited social enterprise Simplon: an accelerated factory for web/mobile application developers and digital entrepreneurs, primarily focused on young people from underprivileged neighborhoods, modest backgrounds, and diversity, including girls and those with innovative social projects.
Labelled as part of the French Tech mission and the presidential initiative “La France S’Engage,” Simplon.co was created in Montreuil (93) but quickly expanded in France (Vlleneuve la Garenne, La Loupe in Perche) and abroad (Cluj in Romania) by relying on project leaders and former Simplonien(ne)s.
Frédéric is also the author, along with Nicolas Danet, of “Anonymous, can they change the world?” (November 2011) and “Read, write, count, code?” (June 2014). In June 2014, Frédéric was elected as a board member of the anti-corruption NGO Transparency International France alongside Pascal Lamy.
Married with 5 children, Frédéric splits his time between Montreuil and Carcassonne and tries to continue with his doctor wife their humanitarian activities within their association lykemi.
