As an author, speaker, coach, and trainer, Carola has been guiding people in this area for over fifteen years. Both online and offline. As one of the first professionals, she has brought the American method and strategy of social selling to our country. She wrote a management book about it: Social Selling Masterclass (Bertram + de Leeuw Publishers 2016), in combination with an online learning environment.

“The starting point for your personal brand lies in self-knowledge, in knowing who you truly are deep down. When you help men and women zoom in on this, you not only bring them into a transformation process but also yourself,” she shares openly and honestly. “You cannot talk about values and beliefs, passions and dreams, limiting beliefs and blockages if you want to avoid your own issues. That’s why I have always invested a lot in personal development. And that comes with ups and downs.”

Around her 35th birthday, she experiences a breakthrough. “I realized that I was focusing too much on intelligence and content, manifesting myself from ego in the predominantly male world in which I operated. I concealed my soft femininity, spirituality, and sensuality, and in doing so, I overlooked myself quite a bit. I decided – from that moment on – to be kind to myself, to find more balance, and to stand up for who and what I am.” She does this with strength and dedication, arriving at her true purpose.

I want to touch people in their hearts with both written and spoken words, to inspire them to live from their deepest essence.

This soul mission transcends form, sector, or discipline. “I have outgrown my field. It is too small for everything that lives within me and wants to come into the world through me. The common thread through all my activities encompasses three terms: love, authenticity, and visibility. Love for yourself, life, your clients, and fellow human beings. But also love for your authenticity, being true to yourself, and making that visible. Showing yourself completely, because that creates pure interaction. And that’s where the magic begins.”

Carola believes in genuine connection, in truly making contact, and she does this always and everywhere. In her second book, Intimate Sex Stories for Bedtime, which will be released soon, she delves deeper into pure connection, intimacy, attention, and touch. Although her network may be surprised, this book is a logical outcome of her personal journey. “I once wanted to study journalism, to share stories. Ultimately, I have been trained more broadly and worked in a commercial world. Now, for me, the circle is complete again. At least, for where I stand now. I have undergone such a beautiful transformation and want to express my intentions freely, stepping out with intuition and light energy.”
