Arjan Elbers is a true Brabander at heart and soul. He doesn’t engage in ballroom dancing, drama, or coriander. But he does enjoy playing the piano, dry humor, and Italian wine. He worked for over ten years in (inter)national corporate and agency recruitment before becoming an independent entrepreneur in 2009.

Arjan is a recruitment strategist to the core. He advises organizations such as ABN AMRO, KPN, Ahold Delhaize, Ministry of Defence, Odido, Rabobank, ANWB, VDL Nederland, and Vattenfall. Arjan is the proud founder of the non-profit Foundation Guruz (brilliant online guest lectures for vocational education) since 2022. Furthermore, he is active as a former chairman (now ambassador) of Recruiters United, an expert at the recruitment community Kiqit, and co-owner & recruitment strategist of Getnoticed.
