Sandra Le Grand is the founder and the CEO of the Kalidea Group (formerly Canalce), the leading French provider of employee and professional loyalty programs. Holding a master’s degree in management and marketing of tourism and leisure as well as a diploma from the Institute of Business Administration (IAE) of Paris, Sandra Le Grand began her career at the Coca Cola Group as a Key Account Negotiator (1989-1993), then successively held the positions of Sales Development Manager (1993-1995), Manager of a retail sales team (1995-1997), and Channel Marketing (1997-2000). After 11 years at Coca Cola, Sandra Le Grand, a seasoned manager at 34 years old, embarked in July 2000 on an innovative and ambitious project by creating Canalce.com, the first website dedicated to Works Councils, relying on over 500 partners. Leveraging her expertise in purchasing, customer service, logistics, and marketing, Canalce duplicated its model by becoming the Kalidea Group with: Kalidea CE, Kalidea PME, Kalidea Pulse. Today, the Kalidea Group has a portfolio of 6,000 subscribed works councils and companies, representing 6 million beneficiaries and generating €70 million in business volume with a team of 200 people. Additionally, Sandra Le Grand has a passion: entrepreneurship. She supports business creation, notably through her active presence in numerous leadership clubs: Vice-President of CroissancePlus, Jury member of 92 Entreprendre, HEC Entrepreneur, ETHIC, Terra Femina, Vox Femina, WOMEN Equity for Growth, godmother of the 2009 Advancia Negocia class, godmother of 100,000 Entrepreneurs, godmother of the Cré Acc award organized by the APCE and the order of Chartered Accountants, godmother of the Entrepreneur and Mompreneur award 2010, ambassador for France at the G20 YES in Nice in 2011… Also very present during testimonials and round tables: Entrepreneurs’ fair, ESSEC, Science Po, APEC… or as a mentor (Mentoring Institute IME of CCIP). She has also been a jury member on the France 4 show: “Business Angels: 60 days to start my business,” which aims to support young entrepreneurs in their business creation. She is a member of the boards of directors of Hologram Industries, Himediagroup, and the Air France corporate foundation. Winner of the heart prize at the Tribune Womens Awards 2010, 21st in the Women Equity ranking 2012, Gold Woman Trophy 2012 in the Company category, Trofémina Award 2013 in the Business category.
