Rob Westerik helps companies identify shared goals and assists them in reaching these goals more quickly. He demonstrates how purpose and strategy are interconnected and how people, from their DNA, influence the culture and growth of their company. Character is central, and people are connected to ...
Rob Westerik is an entrepreneur and business coach, works as a facilitator in team sessions, and is an accelerator of healthy growth. He is involved with various startups and inspires management teams to pursue and stand for a common goal. He believes that nothing is as unifying as a shared purpose and that the right people, mutual connection, purpose, and focus are the keys to success.
Rob sees profit as oxygen but views multiple value creation as the overarching goal. Creating value for all stakeholders is crucial for long-term success, motivating employees, attracting talent, building a strong reputation, and creating a better world.
With extensive (Unilever) experience in strategy, leadership, integration, and sales, and equipped with a solid theoretical framework, Rob Westerik decided to start his own company in 2006. He developed the Live Your Brand concept that connects people to goals and gradually discovered that clients had little need for a consultant telling them how to do things. They primarily wanted a sounding board and catalyst to help achieve goals faster, bring focus, align efforts, and elevate energy levels.
Now, 100 companies, a book, and 19 years later, Rob Westerik feels honored that various companies he has guided have grown into flourishing organizations that grow healthily; together, with energy and a shared purpose.
