As a father of four daughters – aged 5, 7, 16, and 19 – he understands better than anyone how important it is to have a positive impact on the world around him. With a background in self-employment, Renzo has specialized in social return, seamlessly integrating his passion for social engagement into his professional life. Each year, through his social enterprise GreenFox Social Return, he helps hundreds of people from a distance gain an advantage in the job market.

Renzo’s journey into social entrepreneurship began early. After various business ventures, he discovered that his true fulfillment lay in helping others and creating opportunities for people who face challenges. This led him to the world of social return, a contractual requirement where companies and organizations take responsibility for creating social value for people distanced from the job market alongside their economic goals.
