At 27, Jean Luc Hudry left Procter & Gamble (Sales) to take over the struggling family SME. He then went through all positions: HR, Legal, Finance, Marketing, Sales. In total, he managed over 1,000 people and in 18 years not only did he turn the company around but he also enhanced its value. A journey that was not without difficulties, moments of doubt, and despair… From this experience and his personal life, which has also been very challenging at times, Jean Luc Hudry has developed a life philosophy and above all, a strong morale.
