Genieke Hertoghs is the founding mother of the Subconscious Impact philosophy. This philosophy is based on the theory of Daniel Kahneman (Nobel Prize winner in Economics, 2002). It assumes that when you talk to people, the likelihood is greatest that you are speaking to their unconscious brain, which is active 98% of the time.

Subconscious Impact offers 35 very concrete and practical conversation techniques that truly reach others in their unconscious brain. Genieke embodies the philosophy in everything she does. Additionally, she is a co-author of the book: ‘Impact; the power of invisible influence”. In 2023, she published the practical book ‘Don’t push me‘, which focuses on how to effectively move people, primarily written for those leading a change. In this book, Genieke passionately and joyfully guides them through the powerful workings of our unconscious brain and how ‘pull techniques’ contribute to behavioral change.
