Trained as a criminologist, Fred Colantonio leaves the public administration after 5 years of practice. He founds a communication/marketing agency which he runs during 5 years with the will to integrate the human factor at the very heart of organisations and their brand image. In 2010, he transforms it into a marketing consulting, digital strategy and innovative management agency. CGroup Communication SPRL stimulates the development and growth of companies in two ways: support (consulting) and public speaking (conferences, seminars and trainings). The company has supported some hundred clients, has delivered +10 000 hours of public speaking and includes 8 collaborators. In 2012, after 5 years of research, Fred Colantonio reveals an innovating method about the attitude to adopt in order to succeed professionnally, The attitude of Heros. This inspiring and pragmatic approach of professionnal success wins over many entrepreneurs, managers and business leaders. Fred advises them, individually or in a team, through conferences and seminars, support missions and mentoring in various European countries and in Canada.
