Bertrand Duperrin holds a Master’s degree in Law from Kedge Business School (formerly ESC Bordeaux) with a specialization in E-Management – Master in Human Resources. After starting his career in HR consulting, specifically focusing on internal communication, leadership, and collaboration, Bertrand began his journey at blueKiwi Software, a pioneer in enterprise social networks. For 5 years, he built and led the ‘professional services’ department to assist clients in adopting new collaborative practices. In 2010, he joined Nextmodernity – a consulting firm specializing in collaboration and management in the digital age – as a director. He developed this practice as well as a strategic partnership with IBM on the adoption of their collaborative tools.
In 2015, he joined Emakina to take charge of the digital transformation division. There, he expanded his area of intervention by articulating the dimensions of client and employee, and the implementation of new ‘work experiences’ (including collaboration) necessary to fulfill the promise made to the client. Bertrand Duperrin has frequently spoken at the Enterprise 2.0 forum (Paris and Frankfurt), the Social Business Forum (Milan), HRTech (Amsterdam), Webcom (Montreal), and IBM Business Connect. He has also been a keynote speaker for product launches of collaborative tools for IBM;
