Serge-François Le Guyader
Expert Mathematician, Engineer-Economist, Writer, Speaker, Specialist in the Paranormal
Born in September 1943 (Virgo sign) to parents in the diplomatic corps, Serge Le Guyader spent most of his childhood and part of his adolescence abroad, between North and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. With a scientific background (Mathematics-Physics, then Statistics and Economic Sciences), this Engineer-Economist has had a tumultuous career first in Lebanon, then in France in insurance, computing (notably at Hewlett-Packard), and consulting for high-tech companies. In addition to his main activity, passionate about pedagogy, he teaches and provides training in applied mathematics to economic and social sciences in various institutions in Lebanon and France. Since 1974, when he prepared a thesis at the Institute of Nuclear Science and Technology of Saclay (INSTN), his scientific specialty has focused on Technological Forecasting and Scientific Prospective (Doctorate in applied mathematics to R&D). This is notably what later led him to take an interest in predictions and other prophecies, which he masterfully synthesizes in his book "The Great Book of Prophecies" published by Trajectoire editions in 2005. Passionate about science fiction since childhood (see his collection of short stories and fantastic tales: "Extraordinary Stories") and intrigued by the unusual and paranormal phenomena, Serge Le Guyader has been particularly interested in the UFO question (and later in Crop Circles or agroglyphs) since his return from Lebanon (1973), where he lived for nearly ten years. In this capacity, he worked in the 1970s with the GEPA (Group for the Study of Aerial Phenomena) and its late President René Fouéré, as well as with the leading figures of French ufology of the time and later with Jean-Pierre Petit (former astrophysicist at CNRS and promoter of MHD) whom he met in the 1990s. Also a member and scientific advisor of the famous IMI in the 1970/75 (International Metapsychic Institute located in Wagram, Paris, which brought together many researchers from various scientific backgrounds since the 1920s), he participates in numerous seminars and conferences on parapsychology and related fields (see his book "Dialogues with the Dead" published by Trajectoire in 2003). For the history of the IMI and the current activities of this institute, please consult the site: . Retired since 2006, Serge Le Guyader is also the President of the Bordeaux Metapsychic Information Center (CDIM), which he took over in late 2004. This 1901 Law association has officially existed since 1978. It should be noted that the association has been partially dormant since July 2013 until further notice. However, its president continues to give lectures at the request of certain organizations interested in the same topics (see the list of these lectures elsewhere). Serge Le Guyader is convinced that science would do better to invest in the fields of parapsychics rather than almost entirely deny these phenomena and thus leave the field open to charlatans of all kinds. This conviction is the origin of the articles (see his collection of articles: "From the Fantastic to Esotericism") he has been writing since the late 1980s in various niche magazines and the lectures he has been giving since the same period, first in the Paris region, then in Bordeaux where he settled in 1995; (request a List of Serge Le Guyader's lectures). Convinced that the 21st century will be spiritual or it will not be (Malraux), he has been engaged for several years in holding lectures specifically aimed at the field of ufology and the future of human civilization with a strong idea: how to open the doors to a new approach to reality and thus prepare the future of our humanity for a possible contact with other intelligences!
