This woman rocks! On stage, at the microphone, in front of the camera, in training. She has known the media circus for over 18 years – as a presenter, speaker, journalist, and media coach.

Sabine worked at numerous renowned companies in the radio, TV & print sectors. She started her career at Germany’s most successful private broadcaster, Antenne Bayern. She worked as a reporter for Munich’s “Abendzeitung”, refined her palate as a gastro-tester for “Prinz”, wrote for music trade magazines, hosted on the TV channel Premiere (now Sky), and for several years live at “Rock im Park” – in front of up to 40,000 people.

As a systemic communication trainer, Sabine Altena now works in the management sector. She also coaches public figures on their public appearance. Her key topics: Presentation, media coaching, situation management, quick-wittedness, rhetoric.
