About Roy Groeneveld
Roy Groeneveld believes that true connection is the key to strong leadership and successful collaboration. With the power of music, he creates experiences that not only bring people together but also truly set them in motion.
His journey began at the age of eight with the djembe, a traditional West African drum. What started as a passion for rhythm grew into an international career where he uses music as a means for leadership, connection, and transformation.
There is a place beyond right or wrong, and that is where I would like to meet you.
As an international percussionist and leadership trainer, Roy combines energy, depth, and interaction in an approach that is immediately felt. He works with organizations that want to not only understand but also truly enhance trust, ownership, communication, and team development.
He does this in three ways. In his Music & Leadership workshops, he connects rhythm and collaboration into an experience that resonates long after. As a keynote speaker, he takes his audience on a journey into the power of connection and what music teaches us about leadership. And for conferences and events, he provides energizers that transform a room in a short time—from loose individuals to one connected group.
