Pierre-Paul Barrois’s career is characterized by a balance between skill development, professional experiences, and continuous education.

Originally a scientist, Pierre-Paul Barrois shifted to commerce and began working at an early age (from 18 years old) as a manager and sales representative in large-scale retail (for 4 years).

After a few years of resuming studies in management (notably in HRM and strategy, then DEA and Doctorate in economic sciences), he resumed professional activity as a consultant by partnering with an international human resources consulting firm specializing in recruitment (for 6 years) and simultaneously created his own consulting and training company (now for 14 years).

Today, his activity is equally divided between training in HRM and entrepreneurship in various schools, and audit, organizational consulting, HR, and training (in management) in various companies across all sectors with a decidedly active, creative, and playful pedagogical approach.
