1. Artificial Intelligence

AI might well be humanity’s greatest and final invention. I am endlessly fascinated by the short period ahead of us, in which enormous waves of change – driven by AI – will overwhelm us: Hyperintelligence, the rise of robots, metaverses around us, systems that encapsulate us, and the divergence of ourselves as homo sapiens. How do we surf those waves, and what do we truly want to create and innovate?

2. Innovation

Innovate or die! This statement is more relevant than ever. Innovation requires collaboration, with each other, AI, and a growth mindset. My company is not called ‘Innovation Network’ for nothing. We address the critical lack of understanding, adoption, and readiness for rapid technological advancement by connecting all the necessary components for innovation in networks.

3. Building Networks

I believe in the power of networks that are stronger than the sum of their parts. By building networks that transcend departments and organisations, we create ecosystems where knowledge and information flow freely. This agility is essential to keep pace with the speed of change.

4. Customer Experience

The customer is king. An extraordinary customer experience must always be central. It’s about creating positive interactions with customers and people in your network every day. Amaze your customers time and again!

5. Human Capital Management & Organisational Culture

The best measure of innovation is a change in human behaviour. While traditional HR tasks such as payroll and administration are increasingly automated, the true value of HR lies in connecting people and building networks. “Know thyself, educate thyself, and connect.” Connection is the foundation for growth and innovation, not protection or isolation.
