1. Why Laughter Pays Off - Science and Fun Come Together

Do you want to gain more insight into the power of laughter within your organisation? Or surprise your colleagues with a fresh perspective on something everyday that we actually don’t think about enough?

Dr Patricia Bulsing, psychologist and expert in emotions and perception, and Sanne van Zoest, laughter specialist who has already made about 25,000 people laugh, have delved into the fascinating world of laughter. Because laughter is so natural, but why do we do it less as adults than as children? And how do you strategically use laughter in communication?

During this experience, you will discover why laughter is not only healthy but also a powerful tool for connection. You will learn about the different forms of laughter and why it makes us unique as humans.

In short: an inspiring and interactive session you don’t want to miss. Because laughter pays off—and that’s scientifically proven!

* During this lecture, we ask participants to actively laugh along; if more or less active participation is desired, this can of course be adjusted. It may also be good to mention that this lecture is set up as a duo lecture, but is also composed so that only Sanne or Patricia can deliver it.

2. Laughter Workshop - Actively Searching for Your Laugh

A delightful workshop where the group is explained and experiences the concept of laughing for no reason. A unique concept that ensures people laugh differently than they ever have before. Discover the effect of laughter and how many benefits laughter has for the body and mind.

Laughter is an experience! Not to watch, but to experience! Participants will feel happy and energised afterwards. Everyone learns to laugh for no reason and can do the laughter exercises whenever and wherever they want after just one session. Lots of laughter and fun! A positive workshop indeed!

3. Natural and Universal Expression of Emotion

Laughter is one of the first expressions of emotion we know, why have unwritten rules emerged?

4. Means of Communication

We laugh more often than we think and use it very strategically, are you aware of this?

5. Health

The health benefits are endless and diverse, we would gladly go through a few with you.

6. Connection

Laughter is the shortest distance between people, as Victor Borge once said, and nothing could be truer!
